Cancellation terms depend on the service booked, travel date, supplier conditions and payment stage. Sambara will share the applicable policy before payment.

General approach

• Unpaid inquiries can be cancelled any time.
• Confirmed hotel, flight or permit costs may be non-refundable.
• Refunds, when available, are processed after supplier confirmation.
• No-show cases are normally non-refundable.
