Payment Overview
Sambara confirms accepted payment options during booking. Depending on the service, payment may be accepted by bank transfer, approved digital transfer, card or payment gateway when available, or agreed local settlement.
The final payment method depends on traveler location, service type, booking value, supplier deadline and whether domestic flights or hotels must be ticketed immediately. Guests should wait for Sambara to confirm the official payment details before sending money.
Before Payment
- Review the package title, travel dates and traveler count.
- Check hotel class, meal plan, transport type and route.
- Confirm inclusions, exclusions and optional upgrades.
- Read cancellation and refund notes.
- Verify the official Sambara phone number or email.
- Ask for any tax, bank charge or gateway charge before transfer.
Payment Safety
Do not send payment to unverified personal accounts. Use only payment details confirmed by Sambara official contact channels. If a message looks unusual, call or WhatsApp the official number before transferring.
Guests should keep a screenshot or receipt after payment. Sambara will match the payment with the booking and confirm next steps for vouchers, tickets, hotel coordination or pickup timing.
Deposits and Balance
Some bookings may require a deposit first and balance later. Others may require full payment when flights, non-refundable hotels or fixed-date services are involved. Sambara will explain the deadline and what happens if the balance is late.
A booking may not be held if payment is delayed beyond a supplier deadline. This is especially important for domestic flights, festival hotels and limited-seat departures.
Currency and Receipts
- Prices may be quoted in USD, NPR or another agreed currency.
- Currency conversion can change the final local amount.
- Bank charges are normally paid by the sender unless agreed otherwise.
- Ask for a written receipt or confirmation after payment.
- Check that passenger names and service dates are correct on all documents.
