Booking Agreement
All bookings are confirmed only after availability, inclusions, price and payment terms are agreed in writing. A website package, WhatsApp message or email proposal becomes final only when Sambara confirms availability and the guest accepts the payment instructions.
Travelers must provide accurate names, passport details, arrival details, departure details, rooming requests and contact information when these are required for hotels, flights, permits or pickup services.
Prices and Availability
Prices may change due to season, hotel class, vehicle availability, flight availability, permit changes, currency movement or supplier conditions until a booking is confirmed. Sambara will explain the final payable amount before payment.
A published starting price is normally based on standard hotels, shared rooms and stated inclusions. Upgraded hotels, single rooms, private guides, domestic flights, extra nights and festival season travel may change the cost.
Traveler Responsibility
- Hold a valid passport and meet entry requirements.
- Check visa rules through official channels before travel.
- Purchase suitable travel insurance.
- Share medical, dietary or mobility needs before confirmation.
- Respect cultural, temple, wildlife and hotel rules.
- Arrive on time for transfers, flights and guided visits.
Service Changes
Sambara may adjust routing, hotel, vehicle, guide timing or sightseeing order when weather, safety, traffic, flight schedules, supplier availability or local conditions require it. When a change is needed, the team will try to provide a practical alternative of similar value where possible.
Some experiences depend on factors outside operator control. Mountain views, sunrise visibility, wildlife sightings, domestic flight timing and road travel duration cannot be guaranteed.
Payments and Documents
Payment instructions should come only from official Sambara contact channels. Guests should not transfer money to unverified personal accounts. After payment, guests should keep a receipt and a copy of the confirmed package details.
Travel documents, hotel vouchers, flight tickets, pickup notes and emergency contact details should be checked before departure. Report any spelling or timing error immediately.
Limitations
Sambara provides travel planning and booking support but cannot override government rules, airline policies, immigration decisions, weather disruption, road closures or supplier cancellation rules. Guests should read all final terms carefully before paying.
